Effective Governance presenting at CSA Annual Corporate Updates 2011

James Beck, Managing Director of Effective Governance, will be presenting at the 2011 CSA Annual Corporate Updates to be held mid year.   At the Sydney and Melbourne Updates, his topic 'Creating an Effective Board' will be a drawcard for company secretaries and directors wanting to enhance their board governance by review of the board composition, the director induction program, board and individual director evaluations and individual director development.

In Brisbane, James will be presenting on 'Board Responsibilities and CEO Succession Planning' and will outline the board's role in one of its key responsibilities in ensuring that a CEO succession process is in place and monitored and assessed regularly.
