Developing your board
Regular review of the Board provides the opportunity for the Directors to develop a shared understanding of their governance roles and responsibilities. Over time, this leads to shared performance expectations and the development of standards against which the Board will benchmark its performance. It is also an effective process for developing teamwork and encouraging trust between Board members (for more informaction view our Fact Sheet).

With the outcomes from the board and chair evaluation process, Effective Governance can facilitate a workshop to discuss the findings.
