Board, Director and CEO Assessment
We deliver for the AICD a half-day course on board evaluation. The course draws on both our strong conceptual insights into corporate governance and depth of practical experience in facilitating and conducting board evaluations.

Strategic Board
We also deliver a one-day program which will help participants to understand the board’s role in strategy and how boards and management can work together to develop strategy that delivers superior performance. It drawn on real-life case studies, both for-profit and not-for-profit organisations, in an interactive group discussion format.

High Performance Boards
Our course “High Performance Boards” which we deliver for the AICD takes a holistic approach to board evaluation by examining board roles and capabilities.
