Kevin has considerable experience in senior management and consulting within New Zealand and across the Asia Pacific region. Kevin led the consultancy practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers specialising in Strategy Development, Governance Reviews and Change Management in the private sector, public sector and not for profit organisations. He managed the NZ Directors Fees Survey for over 15 years and founded Effective Governance NZ in 2006.
His areas of expertise include board and individual director evaluations, reviewing governance processes and procedures, facilitating strategic planning sessions and developing board reporting to link strategy to organisational performance.
Jeremy Bendall

Jeremy's experience in providing governance advice to directors, executives, regulatory agencies and government spans nearly twenty years. He has completed governance assignments across a variety of sectors in New Zealand and Asia Pacific. He was previously a KPMG partner and led their Governance Advisory service in NZ and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) service for Asia Pacific.
His areas of governance expertise include board evaluation, audit committee best practice , strategic risk assessment, training and facilitation, major reform and restructure, enterprise risk management and early warning systems.
Jeremy was editor and led development of the KPMG Toolkit for the Company Director in NZ and the Audit Committee Guide. He is a Chartered Accountant, past Chairman of Business Mentors NZ and a director of Tennis NZ .
Nicole Stranaghan

Nicole has worked with directors and senior executives over a period of fifteen years assisting in developing and improving various governance processes. She commenced her governance career with Price Waterhouse Management Consulting Services providing directors' fees surveys and advice and has worked with a US based multinational strategic consultancy and also with two organisations in the information technology and telecommunication industry.
Her areas of governance expertise include board evaluation, strategic and business planning, change management, organisational performance measurement and senior executive long term incentive design and appraisal.
Nicole is regularly invited to facilitate strategic, business planning and business process redesign workshops.
