Providing the Pathway for Improving Governance

A path to enhancing governance is a key output of the Board Review Findings Workshop.  We prepare a Road Map for the board which establishes goals upon which the board's performance can be measured at the next review point.  We also provide suggested activities and tasks required to achieve the goals. 

The Governance Road Map can also be used as a monitoring tool to keep the board on the pathway to making a substantial difference to the organisation.
