To assist our clients in
framing their initiatives we facilitate a strategy formulation workshop which
utilises the Sustainability Scorecard approach to capture your strategies
against the four perspectives of Social, Environmental, Economic and
Governance. This enables your organisation's strategic direction for
sustainability to be documented in a succinct manner (Sustainable Directions
Document) and forms part of the implementation process that outlines the
required actions to enable your strategy to be successful.
We also work to
identify the most relevant KPIs for your strategies and these are based on the
Global Reporting Initiative, which allows you to benchmark your performance
against 30,000 other organisations around the globe in relation to your
sustainability results.
