Rachel is a governance professional with 30 years of legal practice advising corporate clients on compliance and risk.
She has served on multiple boards across sport, education, NFP and the environment, helping organisations move to positions of strength. As a board advisor, Rachel has assisted with policy reviews, board education, risk identification and treatment and board documents.
With a background in administrative decision-making from almost 30 years of Defence experience as a senior legal officer, her expertise in due process is highly sought after. Rachel currently serves on several boards including the RSL Queensland Governance, Constitution and Awards Committee and is the Chair of the commonwealth Sub-Antarctic Fisheries Management Committee.
She has a growing ESG consultancy practice, drawing on deep research and academic experience combined with private practice advice work across state and commonwealth law.
