Cate Jolley

Cate aligns twenty years of commercial and legal experience with communications expertise to assist clients with a range of strategy planning, stakeholder engagement strategies, board and executive management issues. A skilled facilitator and communicator with a penchant for issue analysis and change management, Cate’s direct, open and authentic approach to people and business generates strong working, value-driven relationships and connections.

Cate’s accreditation under the National Mediator Accreditation System (an industry-based scheme overseen by the Mediation Standards Board) reflects her ability to identify and address conflicting interests among stakeholders and to determine underlying needs of problems by reframing issues from different perspectives.

Her post graduate specialisations include communications, public relations and change management, following undergraduate degrees in Law and Commerce from Bond University. Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland, Cate has applied her legal experience from commercial, family and estate law to senior executive and consultancy roles across diverse industries, including FMCG, property, agriculture, entrepreneurship and hospitality.
